Lockheed Martin Assistant Building Officer in Silverdale, Washington
The Assistant Building Officer for reentry system building production support will review, analyze and provide solutions to system level facility issues. This role will interface regularly with with various government and contractor organizations to coordinate work and communicate facility issues. The Assistant Building Officer is also responsible for coordinating operational requirements with various organizations, ensuring all required building related tasks are accomplished successfully.
Effective interpersonal skills and personal interface capability are required. This opportunity requires the ability to work in a team, be a self starter and be flexible. Candidate must qualify for and maintain a Top Secret security clearance, and have an Interim Secret in order to start. Must be able to qualify for and be willing to participate in the Personnel Reliability and Radiological Controls Programs.
Some second shift work required. Minimal travel.
Basic Qualifications - Possess strong interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to read schematics diagrams and engineering drawings to understand facility systems in order to assist facility issue resolution. - Meet and maintain membership eligibility in the Personnel Reliability and Radiological Controls Programs. - Ability to qualify for and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. U.S Citizenship required.
Desired skills - Weapons related experience at a Strategic Weapons Facility. - Knowledge of SWFPAC logistics and production processes. - Knowledge of SWFPAC safety and security criteria. - Experience in systems level critical thinking.
